Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (for Nursery, LKG, UKG and 1st)
Xerox copy of marksheet of previous class.
Detail of Blood Group, Height & Weight of Student.
Original Transfer Certificate (Т.С.) from the last school attended.
Aadhar Card (Student, Father, Mother)
Caste Certificate - In case of SC/ST/OBC.
