Mrs.Shooby Bakht is a post graduate in human rights. Child psychology was a part of her graduation programme. She has been working in close proximity with children since a long time. The activity based learning programme of the school has been initiated by her.
Subject close to her heart is art and design. Much of the activities undertaken in the school revolve around this. She has invited many folk artists and artisans for workshops and lectures. She travels much to learn about different cultures, traditions and architecture.
Mrs. Ranjana Tiwari, a post graduate in Science and Bachelor of education with over 27 years of qualitative experience in teaching and administration in a reputed school in Prayagraj, joins as Principal Bal Bharti School with effect from 1st April, 2023. Hailing from an army background, she has done her schooling from all over India and has visited five countries. She has rich experience in entire gamut of school administration inclusive of curricular planning and teacher training and development. Her greatest strengths are critical and logical thinking abilities and excellent communication skills. She is a fair and honest leader adept at building relationships with people. She is also an excellent listener and a visionary.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Bahal, the vice principal of institution, has done Masters (M.A) , B.Ed & LLB. On the teaching front he has an experience of 31 years. While his administrative experience in this school is about 15 years.
Mrs. Anita Pandey, has a Master degree in Science (M.Sc in Chemistry) and have more than 25 years of teaching experience. She has been working in Bal Bharti School from last 16 years where she joined the school as a science teacher and then designated as a Coordinator from last 12 years. Her belief is that strictness should not be the only way to attain discipline and obedience within the students, but there should also be same level of kindness shown to them. Building strong relationships with the students can help them develop academically and socially.
Ms. Arshi Usmani, PRT, Coordinator of classes 2nd to 5th, having an experience of more than 9 years in the school as PRT. She is a Postgraduate in English and also a Bachelor of Education, nurturing the mental and behavioral aspect of the children. She is fond of creativity and extremely conscientious teacher. She loves to teach and motivate the children and has also taken the children to their optimum capacity. She can perfectly be called as a leader, a motivator and a guide.
